SpaceXAI's Newest Model Trained Alongside Cursor with a Focus on Engineering Tasks
Intelligence: SpaceXAI has launched Grok 4.5, calling it its strongest model yet for coding, agentic tasks, and knowledge work, trained alongside Cursor. The model runs at 80 TPS with roughly twice the token efficiency of comparable leading models, and it's priced at $2 per million input tokens and $6 per million output tokens.

Grok 4.5 is SpaceXAI's strongest model yet, built for coding, agentic tasks, and knowledge work, and trained alongside Cursor.
The model was trained across tens of thousands of NVIDIA GB300 GPUs with heavy investment in data filtering and curation.
Grok 4.5 runs at 80 TPS and achieves roughly twice the token efficiency of comparable leading models, solving tasks in under half the steps.
Grok 4.5 is now the default model in Grok Build and can build complex Excel models, PowerPoint diagrams, and Word documents.
The model is available today in Grok Build, in Cursor on all plans, and through the SpaceXAI console.

OpenAI Introduces GPT-Live for More Natural ChatGPT Conversations
Intelligence: OpenAI has launched GPT-Live, a new voice model built on a full duplex architecture that lets it listen and speak at the same time for more natural conversations. GPT-Live delegates harder questions requiring search or deep reasoning to GPT-5.5 in the background while keeping the conversation going, and it's rolling out as GPT-Live-1 and GPT-Live-1 mini to ChatGPT users globally.

GPT-Live-1 will become the default for Go, Plus, and Pro users, while GPT-Live-1 mini becomes the default for Free users.
The model outperformed Advanced Voice Mode on evaluations including GPQA, BrowseComp, and a telecom support benchmark.
OpenAI built new audio native safety evaluations and safeguards, including support flows for self harm and protections for teen users.
At launch, GPT-Live does not support voice with video or screen sharing in ChatGPT.
