🤝IN PARTNERSHIP WITH TIGER DATA

Query Billions of Rows in Milliseconds.

FlightAware cut a core query from 6.4 seconds to 30 milliseconds, on Postgres.

TimescaleDB adds hypertables, up to 95% compression, and continuous aggregates so queries stay fast as data grows. Same SQL, no pipeline, no second database.

Microsoft's New Security Model Cuts Costs While Topping the Industry Benchmark

Intelligence: As AI makes it cheaper than ever for attackers to find a way in, Microsoft built a security model meant to catch the cracks first, and paired it with a system that knows when to call in the bigger guns.

  • The new model, MAI-Cyber-1-Flash, runs inside MDASH, Microsoft's multi-agent system for finding and fixing vulnerabilities.

  • It's built to handle around 90% of security tasks on its own, freeing up pricier models like GPT-5.4 for the toughest 10%.

  • That combination scores 96% on CyberGym, the benchmark for spotting real vulnerabilities in large codebases, beating Mythos by 12 points.

  • Microsoft says the whole setup costs half as much as its previous best MDASH lineup of GPT-5.4, 5.4 mini and 5.3 codex.

  • Alongside it, Microsoft is rolling out Perception, an agentic security system that runs teams of AI agents to monitor, patch and close off threats around the clock.

UAE's Judicial AI Platform Analyzes Cases and Precedent, But Judges Keep the Final Word

Intelligence: The UAE says it's built something no country has tried before, a single AI system woven into every stage of its courts, though officials are quick to point out who still makes the final call.

  • It helps draft legal memoranda and generate analytical reports meant to support judges rather than replace their reasoning.

  • Officials call it a global first because it bundles all these functions into one integrated system, unlike other countries that have rolled out separate, isolated AI tools for courts.

  • Legal experts note the platform still faces real hurdles around data privacy, explainability of its recommendations, and preventing bias in the underlying training data.

  • Despite the AI handling the heavy lifting behind the scenes, the UAE insists every final ruling stays solely in the hands of human judges.
