Meta Superintelligence Labs Launches Muse Image with Presets, Tagging, and On-photo Editing
Intelligence: Meta is rolling out Muse Image, its first image generation model from Meta Superintelligence Labs, now live in Meta AI. The model can blend multiple photos, render clean text inside visuals, and let users edit directly on top of images through sketching or markup, and it also powers new creative tools on Instagram and WhatsApp.

Muse Image is Meta's first image generation model from Meta Superintelligence Labs and is now available in Meta AI.
Users can blend multiple photos together, erase unwanted elements from images, and generate legible text inside visuals like infographics.
A presets panel offers suggested prompts such as restoring old photos or reimagining users as claymation characters.
Users can snap a photo of a room and ask Meta AI to redesign it using real products from the web or Facebook Marketplace.
The model also powers over 30 new AI effects in Instagram Stories and image generation in WhatsApp chats, with Facebook, Messenger, and Meta Advantage+ creative for advertisers coming soon.

Anthropic's Cowork is No Longer Limited to Desktop Letting Max Subscribers Manage Tasks Across Devices
Intelligence: Claude Cowork is now available on web and mobile for Max subscribers, letting users start a task at their desk and check progress or pick up results from their phone. Anthropic also released usage data from 1.2 million Cowork sessions showing that business process work and content creation are the tool's most common use cases, ahead of software development.
Claude Cowork launched as a desktop app in January and is now available on web and mobile for Max subscribers.
The expansion lets Cowork run tasks in the background and continue working even when a user's laptop is closed.
Anthropic sampled 1.2 million anonymized Cowork sessions from more than 600,000 organizations over the last two weeks of May.
Business process operating tasks like reports and spreadsheet reconciliation made up the largest share of usage at 33.4%.
Content creation and copywriting tasks accounted for 16.4% of usage, while software development made up only 8.7%.
