🤝IN PARTNERSHIP WITH PACASO
Keep This Stock Ticker on Your Watchlist
They’re a private company, but Pacaso just reserved the Nasdaq ticker “$PCSO.”
No surprise the same firms that backed Uber, eBay, and Venmo already invested in Pacaso. What is unique is Pacaso is giving the same opportunity to everyday investors. And 10,000+ people have already joined them.
Created a former Zillow exec who sold his first venture for $120M, Pacaso brings co-ownership to the $1.3T vacation home industry.
They’ve generated $1B+ worth of luxury home transactions across 2,000+ owners. That’s good for more than $110M in gross profit since inception, including 41% YoY growth last year alone.
And you can join them today for just $2.90/share. But don’t wait too long. Invest in Pacaso before the opportunity ends September 18.

Mark Zuckerberg and Meta Launch Ray-Ban Display Smart Glasses
Intelligence: Meta unveiled the Ray-Ban Display smart glasses and Neural Band at Connect 2025, shipping September 30 for $799, signaling a push to control its own AI hardware.

The Meta Ray-Ban Display features a built-in right lens screen for apps such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook, plus directions and live translations, with an onboard AI assistant, cameras, speakers, microphones, and cloud access.
The Meta Neural Band wristband reads electromyography signals from subtle hand gestures, offers 18 hours of battery life, is water resistant, and looks like a Fitbit without a screen.
The device costs $799 and will be available in a couple of weeks starting September 30, making it a consumer product rather than a demo.
Meta is building on its earlier Ray Ban Meta line, sold in the millions with Luxottica, as it seeks to shift users to Meta-owned hardware after investing billions in virtual reality.
The new glasses are less capable than the Orion prototype shown in 2024, which had augmented reality lenses and eye tracking, and Orion may be years from launch.

World Labs Introduces Marble Beta for Persistent 3D World Generation
Intelligence: World Labs launched Marble, a limited-access beta that lets users generate consistent and navigable 3D worlds from images or text and start building larger scenes today.

Image credit: World Labs (with edits)
Marble is available at marble.worldlabs.ai and creates persistent controllable 3D environments with bigger scenes, cleaner geometry, and stronger style adherence compared to prior versions.
Users can export worlds as Gaussian splats in SPZ and PLY for downstream use, with the open source Spark library integrating splats into Three.js for web based 3D experiences across desktop, laptop, mobile, and VR.
Worlds support free viewpoint navigation in the browser at zero cost and offer richer geometry than depth maps or point clouds, enabling views behind and beyond the input image.
The current model focuses on environments rather than isolated subjects like people or animals.
Creators can compose multiple generations to build larger, coherent spaces with consistent style and geometry.
Early users report faster workflows and new creative uses, and the team signals plans for an API while inviting signups to view and build worlds.
