Google's Lyria 3.5 Focuses on Musicality, Lyrics and Vocal Realism
Intelligence: Google's latest music model is rolling out with a handful of upgrades meant to make AI-generated songs sound less like AI generated songs.
The model can now build richer, more complex melodic structures that sound more natural.
Lyrics generation has improved too, with better prompt adherence and awareness of song structure.
Vocals get more emotional nuance and expression, along with cleaner pronunciation.
Creators also get more control over tempo and how long a track runs.

Fish Audio Secures New Funding As It Builds Out Enterprise Voice Tools
Intelligence: A voice AI startup that started as one researcher's frustration with robotic-sounding speech has grown into a company enterprises rely on, and it just landed new funding to keep pushing further.
Fish Audio now has more than 8 million users and $21 million in annual recurring revenue, all built from an open-source project started on a single GPU.
The startup raised $52 million in a seed round led by Coreline Ventures and Capital Today, with several other firms joining in.
Clients like HeyGen and Sanas already use its voices for things like AI avatars and customer support automation.
The company has released five models in the past year, though its newest one is locked behind a paid API instead of being open sourced.
