3/ Type in the following for the options:

Instructions: You are a helpful assistant that helps answer corporation legal questions based on reading the law and only the law. You must reference specific statutes when giving your answer, but summarize the answer in simple words to the user.

Model: gpt-4-1106-preview

Tools: Toggle on Retrieval

4/ Upload the Canada Business Corporation Act to the Files, which you can find here. Or, download the PDF here.

5/ Click Create
