🤝IN PARTNERSHIP WITH NEO BROWSER

Trust-First AI, Built Into Your Browser

Agentic workflows are everywhere. Real trust is still rare.

Norton Neo is the world’s first AI-native browser designed from the ground up for safety, speed, and clarity. It brings AI directly into how you browse, search, and work without forcing you to prompt, manage, or babysit it.

Key Features:

  • Privacy and security are built into its DNA.

  • Tabs organize themselves intelligently.

  • A personal memory adapts to how you work over time.

This is zero-prompt productivity. AI that anticipates what you need next, so you can stay focused on doing real work instead of managing tools.

If agentic AI is the trend, Neo is the browser that makes it trustworthy.

Anthropic Releases Claude Code Security to Scan Codes for Vulnerabilities

Intelligence: Anthropic has launched Claude Code Security, a new capability that scans codebases for vulnerabilities and suggests software patches for human review, now available in limited research preview for Enterprise and Team customers. The tool found over 500 vulnerabilities in production open-source codebases during internal testing, bugs that had gone undetected for decades.

Source: Anthropic

  • Unlike traditional static analysis tools that match code against known patterns, Claude Code Security reads and reasons about code like a human security researcher, catching complex vulnerabilities in business logic and access control.

  • Every finding goes through multi-stage verification where Claude attempts to prove or disprove its own findings to filter out false positives before reaching analysts.

  • The tool builds on more than a year of research, including Anthropic's Frontier Red Team entering competitive Capture-the-Flag events and partnering with Pacific Northwest National Laboratory to defend critical infrastructure

  • Findings appear in a dashboard with severity ratings and confidence scores, but nothing is applied without human approval, developers always make the final call

  • Open-source maintainers can apply for free, expedited access as Anthropic works through responsible disclosure of the 500+ vulnerabilities found.

OpenAI Staff Argued Over Reporting Canadian Mass Shooter Who Used ChatGPT

Intelligence: OpenAI staff debated whether to alert Canadian law enforcement about concerning ChatGPT conversations with Jesse Van Rootselaar, an 18-year-old who allegedly killed eight people in Tumbler Ridge, Canada, but ultimately did not report the activity. Van Rootselaar's chats describing gun violence were flagged and banned in June 2025, months before the shooting.

  • According to the Wall Street Journal, an OpenAI spokesperson said Van Rootselaar's activity did not meet the company's criteria for reporting to law enforcement at the time.

  • OpenAI reached out to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police with information about Van Rootselaar's ChatGPT use after the incident occurred.

  • Beyond ChatGPT transcripts, Van Rootselaar created a game on Roblox that simulated a mass shooting at a mall and posted about guns on Reddit.

  • Local police had previously been called to Van Rootselaar's home after she started a fire while under the influence of drugs.

  • Multiple lawsuits have been filed against OpenAI and competitors citing chat transcripts that encourage suicide or offer assistance in self-harm.
