🤝IN PARTNERSHIP WITH PACASO
Keep This Stock Ticker on Your Watchlist
They’re a private company, but Pacaso just reserved the Nasdaq ticker “$PCSO.”
No surprise the same firms that backed Uber, eBay, and Venmo already invested in Pacaso. What is unique is Pacaso is giving the same opportunity to everyday investors. And 10,000+ people have already joined them.
Created a former Zillow exec who sold his first venture for $120M, Pacaso brings co-ownership to the $1.3T vacation home industry.
They’ve generated $1B+ worth of luxury home transactions across 2,000+ owners. That’s good for more than $110M in gross profit since inception, including 41% YoY growth last year alone.
And you can join them today for just $2.90/share. But don’t wait too long. Invest in Pacaso before the opportunity ends September 18.

Anthropic Rolls Out Claude File Creation and Analysis
Intelligence: Anthropic announced that Claude can now create and edit spreadsheets, documents, slide decks, and PDFs directly in its apps, moving from text answers to ready-to-use files.

File creation is in preview for Max, Team, and Enterprise users, with Pro access coming in the next few weeks.
Claude can turn raw data into cleaned analysis with charts and written insights, build spreadsheets with working formulas across multiple sheets, and convert between formats such as PDFs to slides, meeting notes to documents, and invoices to organized spreadsheets.
The feature runs in a private computer environment where Claude can write code and run programs to produce files and analyses, positioning Claude as an active collaborator on complex, multistep work.
Getting started - enable upgraded file creation in Settings under Features and Experimental, upload files or describe the task, guide the workflow in chat, then download outputs or save to Google Drive.
The feature provides internet access for creating and analyzing files, which may put data at risk. Users are advised to closely monitor chats.

Sam Altman and OpenAI Face Microsoft’s AI Diversification in Office 365
Intelligence: Microsoft is expanding the models inside Office 365 beyond OpenAI, despite a multibillion-dollar investment, a shift that Altman may not welcome.

Microsoft has invested billions in OpenAI but is now spreading its AI tooling across multiple providers in Office 365.
The move mirrors GitHub Copilot, which already lets developers choose among ChatGPT, xAI, Gemini, and Claude.
Strategy gives customers choice and reduces reliance on a single model, positioning Microsoft to balance cost, performance, and vendor risk.
Microsoft signals it will keep backing OpenAI while allocating AI spending more broadly rather than channeling everything through one partner.
The shift could create tension with OpenAI leadership, as it dilutes the perception of exclusivity that came with the Microsoft-OpenAI tie-up.
For users, the change means more options for productivity and coding tasks inside Microsoft products.
