ChatGPT + Gmail

Adding a connector in ChatGPT is super easy. Simply click the “+” button, select “Add sources”, select Gmail, and then authenticate with Gmail. After that, ChatGPT can access you emails to answer questions.

This is super useful for things like search. For example, prompts like these work great:

• Summarize emails from Jenny, what high priority things I need to respond to?

• Find the last invoice from GitHub, how much was it for?

• Look through my emails from the past week - list all my tasks by priority

You can also have ChatGPT draft replies to emails. For example: Draft a reply to Jenny’s latest email on her Copilot question. Honestly, it’s scary how good it is!

ChatGPT + Canva

You can actually combine and stack Connectors together, which really unlocks the types of things you can do. For example, I use Canva to create marketing design posters based on my latest newsletter.

Here’s my prompt: Search through my email and find the latest newsletter email by The Intelligent Worker. Then, Create a cool cover page design poster in Canva.
