🤝IN PARTNERSHIP WITH NEO BROWSER

Trust-First AI, Built Into Your Browser

Agentic workflows are everywhere. Real trust is still rare.

Norton Neo is the world’s first AI-native browser designed from the ground up for safety, speed, and clarity. It brings AI directly into how you browse, search, and work without forcing you to prompt, manage, or babysit it.

Key Features:

> Privacy and security are built into its DNA.
> Tabs organize themselves intelligently.
> A personal memory adapts to how you work over time.

This is zero-prompt productivity. AI that anticipates what you need next, so you can stay focused on doing real work instead of managing tools.

If agentic AI is the trend, Neo is the browser that makes it trustworthy.

Jack Dorsey Lays Off 4,000 Block Employees as AI Automates Work

Intelligence: Block announced Thursday it's laying off more than 4,000 employees, cutting its workforce nearly in half from over 10,000 to just under 6,000. CEO Jack Dorsey said the move will enable the company to "move faster with smaller, highly talented teams using AI to automate more work," and shares skyrocketed 24% in extended trading.

  • Block CFO Amrita Ahuja said the job cuts position the company "for our next phase of long term growth" by shifting operations at a time when the business is accelerating.

  • Dorsey predicts that "the majority of companies will reach the same conclusion within the next year" and make similar structural changes as they see efficiency gains from AI tools.

  • The company expects to incur charges of approximately $450 million to $500 million, primarily for severance payments, employee benefits, and share vesting expenses.

  • Block reported Q4 adjusted earnings of 65 cents per share on $6.25 billion revenue, with gross profit increasing 24% to $2.87 billion year-over-year.

  • Companies like Pinterest, CrowdStrike, and Chegg have recently announced job cuts and directly attributed layoffs to AI reshaping their workforces.

Read AI's Ada Aiken Handles Email, Scheduling and Questions

Intelligence: Read AI has launched Digital Twin, an AI that works on behalf of users by handling scheduling, answering questions, and keeping work moving forward when they're unavailable. Just cc [email protected] on any email to activate Ada Aiken, rolling out as a free service to all of Read AI's 5 million+ monthly active users on day one.

  • Digital Twin draws from 20+ native integrations representing an average of 10,000 documents or 35.7 million tokens, accessing context from meetings, emails, messages, files, and CRMs.

  • Ada always sidebars with users before responding to non-scheduling questions, giving them a chance to review, edit, or approve anything before it goes out, keeping users in full control.

  • CEO David Shim says Digital Twin preserves 50% of productivity typically lost during absences, saving $6,000 per employee annually by letting employees fully disconnect on vacation.

  • Knowledge workers spend up to 8 hours a week coordinating meetings, now reduced to less than a minute per meeting as Ada schedules automatically with awareness of availability and time zones.
