🤝IN PARTNERSHIP WITH DEEPGRAM
From Hype to Production: Voice AI in 2025
Voice AI has crossed into production. Deepgram’s 2025 State of Voice AI Report with Opus Research quantifies how 400 senior leaders - many at $100M+ enterprises - are budgeting, shipping, and measuring results.
Adoption is near-universal (97%), budgets are rising (84%), yet only 21% are very satisfied with legacy agents. And that gap is the opportunity: using human-like agents that handle real tasks, reduce wait times, and lift CSAT.
Get benchmarks to compare your roadmap, the first use cases breaking through (customer service, order capture, task automation), and the capabilities that separate leaders from laggards - latency, accuracy, tooling, and integration. Use the findings to prioritize quick wins now and build a scalable plan for 2026.

The Launch of Anthropic Interviewer
Intelligence: Anthropic introduced a new AI-powered research tool called Anthropic Interviewer that conducts large-scale automated interviews to better understand how professionals use and experience AI in their work.

Anthropic Interviewer, built on Claude, automates detailed interviews and data analysis to study human perspectives on AI while maintaining privacy and scale.
In an initial test, the tool conducted 1,250 interviews across three groups: 1,000 general workforce professionals, 125 creatives, and 125 scientists.
The majority of participants viewed AI as a productivity boost and a time-saver, though opinions differed by profession.
Workers saw AI as a way to automate routine tasks and preserve meaningful work, while creatives balanced increased efficiency with fear of stigma and economic disruption.
Scientists valued AI for assistance with writing and data analysis, but expressed strong concerns about reliability and trust for core research tasks.
Anthropic plans to expand the tool's use through collaborations with teachers, scientists, and creatives, using insights to guide AI model development and policy.

Anthropic and IPO Preparations with Wilson Sonsini
Intelligence: Anthropic PBC, the company behind the Claude AI chatbot, has engaged Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati to advise on preparations for a potential IPO that could happen as early as 2026, signaling one of the largest anticipated listings in the AI sector.

Anthropic selected Wilson Sonsini, a law firm known for guiding major tech IPOs like Alphabet, LinkedIn, and Lyft, to support its early IPO groundwork.
The company is holding discussions with investment banks, though these talks remain preliminary, and no underwriters have been chosen.
Current private fundraising could value Anthropic between US$300 billion and US$350 billion, backed by major investors including Microsoft and Nvidia.
CEO Dario Amodei and CFO Krishna Rao, formerly of Airbnb, are overseeing internal steps to align the company’s structure for eventual public reporting.
Wilson Sonsini has advised Anthropic since 2022, including on Amazon’s multibillion-dollar investment.
